My Story
Hi there! I am a media professional looking to make the world a better place through storytelling and digital marketing.
Growing up, my dream career changed plenty of times. At one time I wanted to be a doctor, at another time a teacher. When I landed at the University of Tennessee Knoxville in the Fall of 2016, I began the journey to becoming a graphic designer. I love digital design, but decided Canva would be my weapon of choice, and I’d pursue writing, which I’ve always loved. So, I changed my major to journalism, had the absolute pleasure of working with the campus newspaper, The Daily Beacon, for almost 3 years, and now I’ve used the skills I learned there to help many small businesses who are getting their foot in the door to digital media strategy get started.
My Values and Beliefs: Our time together should always be used wisely. I work tirelessly to create a schedule that works best for all parties involved, and ensure that we are creating quality content that fits that schedule.
Everybody has a story to tell. No matter who you are, your story is important to me and to someone out in the world. So let’s tell it!
We are better together than we are apart. I will work with you (that’s right, as a part of your team!) to craft the best social media strategy for the stage of business you and your organization are at, and make sure that skills and knowledge are ingrained in your team for use long after I’m gone.
My approach: I am a team-oriented person who loves to get to know your team before I start to work independent on set tasks.
